A bit more about me…
"I am a Registered Massage Therapist/Dip. Osteopathy with a focus on promoting a vital, active, healthy lifestyle in people of all ages. I
completed my full training of five years in Osteopathy because I
wanted to know as much as I could about the body, its healing
processes, what it tells us, and the mental, emotional, and psychological challenges in
overcoming physical injury. This 'whole person' approach helps me tailor a treatment and exercise program specifically for
you and your life."
